His interest in programming started in the early 90's , when he wrote his first anti-virus program,in 1996 he co-authored and ran the first BBS in Kerala, In 1997 he co-authored ShellSock, a winsock replacement that enabled internet shell accounts to view graphics. He has been recognised as a Most Valuable Professional by Microsoft for his expertise in VC++.
