DevCon 2010 - Volunteer Request

Hello Friends,

We need some volunteers for upcoming DevCon 2010 ( http://k-mug.org/events/devcon2010/). Please reply to this post if you are willing to volunteer some tasks at the venue.

How about showing a video about Kmug and how people can take part in KMUG activities? Do we have anyone who can help us in this? :)

Can all the volunteers meet some time before the event?

yes..but after 4 pm any working days..

My working time is 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Good idea Shoban. I also think a little bit of pre-planning would be helpful.

Just fix a date and time.

How about meeting some time after work just like our Nerd Dinner session ?

I work till 6:30 guys .. so only after that meeting will be possible :(

After 6:30 is ok for me .....
