DevCon 2010 - Volunteer Request

Fix a date and time first.  I am 12 KM far from Technopark....

Arrange the meeting in such a way that it wont go after 9 pm !!!!

Thank you very much for your interest.  Please find the following items where we need your help.

1) Registration Desk

2) Video recording

3) Banner / Poster / Notepad printing

4) DVD writing

5) Lunch / Tea

6) Sessions

7) Exhibition hall

Last but not least, we still need funds and badly looking for sponsors. Let me know if you can find any sponsors for the event. We are setting up the exhibition halls ( 6 X 6 Sqft booth). Let me know if you can find anyone there as well.   I am sure that we can work without in person meeting as well. I am available on +91 97400-6302-1. I think it is better to meet up online via conference or a group chat...!!So we can eficientially manage the time issues..:)

Why cant we fix a date?

In my opinion the senior member Mr. Shoban Kumar fix the date & time and others just join on the same.  That will be fine...

What about thursday? 1st July evening.... Suggest place and times. Technopark/near TP will be good for me :)

Yes.  I am ready. I dont know the place where we can meet.  I suppose I could not enter into the Tecnopark without any permission. If you could arrange a permission to me to enter the campus of Technopark, its ok otherwise near by TP will be OK for me.

Please you decide the place and let me know the time.

Since there are only few people, may be choose Abrossia in technomall.

For entering into Technopark campus, I think you can get a Visitors Pass easily providing the reason from both the gates.

Anyway if venue is Ambrosia, Technomall ,I think there is no need for an entry pass.
