Project properties difference between C# and VB.Net

Hi All

How can you the settings like Shutdown Mode, Authentication Mode and Splash screen in C#. I am using VS 2008 Standard edition. I am able to do the settings in VB.Net project. But why it is not avialable in C#

Unfortunately these are available for Visual Basic only.
