⛔ Essay on faith can move mountains.

May you, O Blessed Joseph, foster father of Jesus, be their special foster father with God and Mary in heaven. Let our children, like Jesus, grow healthily in age, wisdom, and grace before God and all creation.

. Humanity has entered a new era in which our technical prowess has brought us to a crossroads. We are the beneficiaries of two centuries of enormous waves of change: steam engines, railways, the telegraph, electricity, automobiles, aeroplanes, chemical industries, modern medicine, information technology and, more recently, the digital revolution, robotics, biotechnologies and nanotechnologies. It is right to rejoice in these advances and to be excited by the immense possibilities which they continue to open up before us, for “science and technology are wonderful products of a God-given human creativity”. The modification of nature for useful purposes has distinguished the human family from the beginning; technology itself “expresses the inner tension that impels man gradually to overcome material limitations”. Technology has remedied countless evils which used to harm and limit human beings. How can we not feel gratitude and appreciation for this progress, especially in the fields of medicine, engineering and communications? How could we not acknowledge the work of many scientists and engineers who have provided alternatives to make development sustainable?

But, of course, who is she? She is the author of ‘A Vindication of the Rights of Woman’. This view was embedded in the public consciousness largely, but not solely, by Godwin. Moreover, ‘A Vindication of the Rights of Men’ was just one of many responses to Burke. Once the French Revolution gave way to the Terror and the attitude in England changes towards the revolution and her attack on Burke, it was not going to be a text that would be unlikely to gain prominence. And, of course, Burke turns out to have been right about his prediction of what the revolution would lead to, namely that it would end in desperate tyranny and a Napoleon-like figure who would need to redress the situation.

With the rise of iSeminary, the Reformed community has an opportunity. We can go along with the iSeminary torrent or we can be truly counter-cultural. The point is not to be old-fashioned but to be faithful; the point is actually to train pastors properly and not shallowly and quickly. We have an opportunity here, if we do not lose it, to distinguish ourselves and our view of the church and ministry from that of broad evangelicalism. The question of how pastors should be prepared is about the nature of education, but more than that it is about the nature of the church and her ministry. If Christ established a real, flesh-and-blood church, with real, flesh-and-blood pastors, those pastors need a real, face-to-face, flesh-and-blood education from real, flesh-and-blood profs and pastors.

God, we ask for your blessing and protection as we travel this summer to visit family and friends across the nation and across the oceans. Bring us safely into their loving embrace. We ask that you bless the pilots; the bus drivers; the train engineers, and the ships’ captains. Give them confidence and skill to bring us safely to our destinations. We ask a special blessing, God, upon the many thousands of pilgrims who this summer will seek a sanctuary of peace and prayer at our beloved Grotto. Bring these pilgrims safely to us and guard them during their return home.

The Church, though dispersed throughout the whole world, even to the ends of the earth, has received from the apostles and their disciples this faith: ...one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are in them; and in one Christ Jesus, the Son of God, who became incarnate for our salvation; and in the Holy Spirit, who proclaimed through the prophets the dispensations of God, and the advents, and the birth from a virgin, and the passion, and the resurrection from the dead, and the ascension into heaven in the flesh of the beloved Christ Jesus, our Lord, and His manifestation from heaven in the glory of the Father 'to gather all things in one,' and to raise up anew all flesh of the whole human race, in order that to Christ Jesus, our Lord, and God, and Savior, and King, according to the will of the invisible Father, 'every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth, and that every tongue should confess; to him, and that He should execute just judgment towards all...

This is one of the best articles I’ve read from Marc and Angel.
Recognizing the things I cannot control and letting ‘go’ as best I can.

For faith in God to be genuine, it must be based on the genuine God.

I loved reading The Lady of Guadalupe by Tomie de Paola to my kids years ago when they were young. But I had not recognized the hidden depths of the Guadalupe story until I sat down with two very different books in 2024. showed me that God was lovingly, carefully preparing the indigenous people of the New World to receive the Gospel message for centuries before the missionaries—and our Blessed Mother—arrived. covers the apparitions in a completely different but equally interesting way, through scientific evidence, historical background, spiritual lessons, and innumerable images.

Short Essay and Article on: Faith without Action is Delusion

97. The Lord was able to invite others to be attentive to the beauty that there is in the world because he himself was in constant touch with nature, lending it an attention full of fondness and wonder. As he made his way throughout the land, he often stopped to contemplate the beauty sown by his Father, and invited his disciples to perceive a divine message in things: “Lift up your eyes, and see how the fields are already white for harvest” ( 4:35). “The kingdom of God is like a grain of mustard seed which a man took and sowed in his field; it is the smallest of all seeds, but once it has grown, it is the greatest of plants”( 13:31-32).

Faith in God always results in good actions.

96. Jesus took up the biblical faith in God the Creator, emphasizing a fundamental truth: God is Father (cf. 11:25). In talking with his disciples, Jesus would invite them to recognize the paternal relationship God has with all his creatures. With moving tenderness he would remind them that each one of them is important in God’s eyes: “Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not one of them is forgotten before God” ( 12:6). “Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them”( 6:26).

“You have faith in God; have faith also in me.”

Your analysis lacks any kind of substantive evidence and is insulting to pastors who have labored for the purity of the gospel and yet who have received their degrees at a distance. Shame on you for your insulting language and outright attack on such godly institutions who use distance learning such as GPTS and others.
